- P.C. JAIN is a qualified Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Law Graduate and Bachelor in Commerce. He is also a qualified Insolvency Professional registered with IBBI (Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00702/2018-19/12274. He is also registered in a data bank maintained by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for Independent Directorship. He is a Managing Partner of the company & provides Corporate Distress Assets & Legal Consulting, Business Consulting Services .
- He has a wider experience of more than 30 years in Corporate Laws, Legal Compliances, Secretarial Audit, Corporate Governance, Insolvency Matters, Liquidation Matters, Corporate Restructuring-Merger & Demerger, Consultancy Services, SEBI Regulations and LODR Compliances etc.
- He was a past Chairman of Faridabad Chapter of NIRC of ICSI three times in the yearS 2005, 2007 and 2015. He played an important and key role in establishing “ICSI House” for Faridabad Chapter of NIRC of ICSI under his Chairmanship in the year 2015. He was also Chief Secretary of JITO Faridabad Chapter (Jain International Trade Organization) from 2019-2022.
